• 仕事内容

  You will work as a doorbell staff member at Shirakaba Resort Ikenodaira Hotel. Your main duties will be a wide range of tasks, including welcoming and seeing off guests at the entrance, arranging taxis, storing and transporting luggage, guiding guests to their rooms, and assisting guests at the reception desk.

  Experience in customer service is a plus

  Shift system between 7:00 and 22:00, approximately 8 hours of work

• 休日

  Approximately 6-9 days per month
  
  *The museum will be closed on December 3, 4, 5, and 8-18, 2025. (The cafeteria will remain open.)

  Free private rooms available
  Wi-Fi available
  Room types include Japanese-style rooms and some Western-style rooms.
  
  Private rooms are equipped with a TV, heater, and bedding.
  Shared spaces include a toilet, bath, washing machine, and exercise machines (exercise bikes and treadmills).
  Lawson convenience stores are approximately a 10-minute walk from the dormitory.

• 食事

  You can eat three meals a day for free at the hotel's employee cafeteria.
  *Available on holidays as well.

• 交通費

  Paid only to those whose contracts have expired.
  For those staying for less than three months: Up to ¥15,000 round trip.
  For those staying for three months or more: Up to ¥30,000 round trip.
  
  *If you wish to bring your own car, please contact us in advance.
  *If you will be commuting by car, please submit your driver's license, vehicle inspection certificate, compulsory liability insurance, and voluntary insurance documents when registering for your new position.

  Free use of Ikenotaira Snow Park, attached to Ikenotaira Hotel, including lifts, rentals, the art museum, and the bowling alley

• アクセス

  Approximately 45 minutes by bus from JR Chino Station, get off at Higashi Shirakaba Lake bus stop (1,500 yen)

• 周辺環境

  Right in front of the hotel is a Lawson convenience store (1 minute walk) and amusement facilities (amusement park, pool, bowling alley, game center).
  You can also take the free shuttle bus that runs between Ikenotaira Hotel and Chino Station twice a day (approximately 40 minutes one way).

• 給与締め支払い

  End of month, payment on the 20th of the following month

  Black shoes (business shoes/pumps)
  
  Slippers for use in the dormitory. Warm winter shoes for commuting. Warm winter clothing (if necessary). If you will be working outdoors, please bring your own innerwear and other cold weather gear.
