• 仕事内容

  Night Front Desk Duties:
  
  Late check-ins and early check-outs
  
  Check-out preparation, invoice and receipt preparation
  
  Guest room service, amenity delivery, etc.
  
  Brief breakfast instructions
  
  Emergency response
  
  Duties not performed by the above staff

  No experience necessary / No educational background required
  Customer service experience welcome
  *If you like the work after trying it out as a temporary worker, you can pursue full-time employment.
  *We offer training even for those with no experience, and we welcome those with no experience or from other industries.
  *You can bring your own car.

• 勤務時間

  Between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM, 8 hours of work, 3-4 hours of nap break.
  Shift 1: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (8 hours of work, 4 hours of nap break).
  Shift 2: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM (8 hours of work, 4 hours of nap break).

• 休日

  Shift system 1-2 days off per week

• 寮

  Newly built private dormitories are available. (Approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel.)
  Rent and utilities are free.
  Dormitory amenities: Mini-refrigerator, air conditioning, unit bath, microwave, kettle, TV.
  Shared spaces include a drum-type washing machine (washer/dryer), delivery locker, induction cooktop, kitchen, food and beverage vending machines, and Wi-Fi.

  Meals (bento lunches) provided, one free meal per day on working days

• 交通費

  Travel expenses will be provided only to those whose contract period has expired (up to 20,000 yen round trip)

  ・Approximately 10 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station
  ・14 minutes by bus from Karuizawa Station to Shiozawa bus stop, then a 10-minute walk

• 周辺環境

  Near the hotel are the Kuroyanagi Tetsuko Museum, Karuizawa Glass Studio, restaurants (izakaya, Japanese restaurant, soba restaurant, restaurant, bakery), and apple orchards. The hotel is a 19-minute walk from Lawson and a 20-minute walk from Supermarket Tsuruya.

• 給与締め支払い

  End of month, payment on the 20th of the following month

  Uniforms (shirt, jacket, vest, bottoms) provided

  Black leather shoes, basic color socks, simple belts, daily necessities, etc.
